The machine of suppression of the activities of the Russians along with activization of ethnic organized criminal groups, diasporas and Wahabit underground is going forward at a steady gait in the North-Caucasus Federal Okrug where only one “Russian” territorial unit is presented – Stavropolskiy region, the others – are Caucasus republics. All the above envisages the ideal situation of extrusion of the Russians from the region.
Straight after the explosion in Stavropol before the performance of Chechen company “Vaynakh” it was declared about the detention of natives of Ingushetia. It was declared very loudly countrywide. In several days the detained had been released and the authorities focused on the Russians. The Center of Extremism Countermeasure, Federal Security Service (FSB), Investigation Committee of Prosecutor General's Office, Ministry of Internal Affaires (MVD) were brought into play.
All those who ever had any degree of attitude to Slavonic organizations, the Cossacks, Paganist and other organizations used to be subpoena formally as witnesses for the explosion case but in fact as crime suspects. They are “invited” by summons, phone calls. And in fact they all were interrogated. The main issue of the examinations was not the alibi or testimony but the collection of the information about active Russian people, organizations, communities, its activities. Obviously the explosion crime case is only the pretext.
They insist on usage of the polygraph during the examinations. That commenced in several days after the explosion and is still lasting, the activity of the law machinery is very high, and certain number of people suspected to be “Russians” attend the respective cabinets even frequently than the working places.
The collection of the information, creation of lists of people with active positions, “prevention” of any activities, intimidation of people by prosecuting, imitation of the war on terrorism – that is what we have. Despite of the thunder of the explosions which appears more and more often – only the Russian are oppressed.
The same situation was when Moscow Federal Security Service (FBB) was detaining the participants of mix fights tournament in Rostov-on-Don there was the explosion in Moscow subway system, when the summons were distributing to the Russins in Stavropol there was the explosion on Baksanskaya Hydropower Station.
It is necessary to mention that for example in Izobilniy-city, Sovetskiy district, Stavropolskiy region all the workers of the Investigation Committee of Prosecutor General's Office except for the chief are Caucasus natives.
Thereby meticulous and active Russian staff of law machinery act straight against themselves as at the moment when the ratio of the Russians and Caucasus natives becomes in favor of the last it will be very hard for the Russians to work as even now for instance there is no extradition of the criminals from the territory of Ingushetia. And in the law machinery the situation is getting the same – ethnic, traditional relations and corruption will not allow to comply the rest of Russian legislation and imperil the life of the staff which do not belong to any of the clans.
It is very interesting how the police works on the territory of Caucasus Republics in case there is a necessity to detain the criminal. Not less than 3 tinted vehicles, 4-5 armed policemen in each as they are very scared to work outside the Stavropolskiy region… But there is no Russian “extremism”, in Caucasus Republics. Incredible.
The situation in Stavropolskiy region is changing constantly. Wait for the migrants including the staff of law machinery who struggled against “Russian extremism” zealously until the moment when Russians disappear .
