The machine of suppression of the activities of the Russians along with activization of ethnic organized criminal groups, diasporas and Wahabit underground is going forward at a steady gait in the North-Caucasus Federal Okrug where only one “Russian” territorial unit is presented – Stavropolskiy region, the others – are Caucasus republics.
